Let's get this started...

Hi everyone,

I thought I would create this blog so we could all communicate with each other rather than sending numerous emails between all of us. I have a lot of things due during the remainder of this semester (as I am sure you all do to because most of it is for this damn class!)

Anyway, I had some thoughts about how to go about this project - let me know what you all think. Our week is about Credit & Bankruptcy or Commercial Paper - maybe we could find a big case on a bankruptcy case or credit.

I came up with some steps to complete the project along with some approx. dates to shoot for:

3/21 - brainstorm ideas on whatever topic we agree on, research some cases & email Rev. Bandsuch for approval

3/25-3/26 - Meet for an hour or so to get an outline for the legal memo, breakout the different areas to be done (either individually or work 2 and 2)

4/15 - (or before due to Easter) finalize paper to be turned in

4/23 - meet to breakout areas for group presentation/create presentation ideas/make visual aids (if needed)

4/25 - PROJECT DUE!!

*I won't be in town Thursday 3/20 - Sunday 2/23, but I can meet anytime after 5 on Sunday 3/23. Otherwise I am free all other times.

Don't mean to come off as planning the entire project, please keep in mind I based this all off my schedule as a starting point to get this going. Obviously you all have your schedules as well. Please let everyone know what will and won't work for you.
